Delivery Policy

Pick-up is FREE (Astral Bloom is located in the Buckhead-Atlanta area.)
Delivery services are offered to the Atlanta-metro area ONLY and are a flat fee of $20
If you contact us with a delivery location request outside of Atlanta-metro area, upon agreement, additional delivery fees will be incurred.
Delivery slots are Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm.
Orders placed on Friday for delivery the following weekend must be placed before 12 noon that Friday.

We understand that plans can change — here’s what to know if you need to cancel your arrangement order:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund on the arrangement.
Orders canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable, as flowers are purchased and prepared specifically for your order.
